If you ask us to scope a vulnerability scan, we collect your work email address and your company domain. We use these only to send you a scope and a fixed price, and to verify that you own or control the domain before any scan runs. We never scan a domain without proof of ownership.
Our site keeps a simple count of visits so we can tell whether our marketing works. For each visit it records the page you viewed, the website you came from, any campaign tag in the link you clicked, and your screen width. That is all. It does not use cookies or any identifier to follow you between visits. Our hosting providers also keep standard technical logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. That is a deliberate choice, and it is why there is no cookie banner here.
Our forms and records are processed in South Africa, in Google Cloud's Johannesburg region. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare's network. Both process information on our behalf as operators under POPIA. We never sell your information, and we do not share it unless the law requires us to.
We keep scoping details while we are quoting or working with you. If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete them within 12 months. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us processing it. Email sales@ntingasec.com and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
